● ENGAGEMENT · BY BUYER TYPE
Structured engagements for operators, brokers, and regulators. Each path has a defined scope and a defined output.
● OPERATORS
90-day engagement. One signed scorecard.
SCALOS embeds a Decision Oracle instance into your conjunction management workflow for a 90-day observation window. Every conjunction alert, every maneuver decision, every hold — captured, signed, and added to your fleet corpus.
At the end of the window, you receive a Fleet Operational Risk Assessment scored across six dimensions: Exposure Index, Response Quality, Maneuver Effectiveness, Ephemeris Quality, Documentation Coverage, and Systemic Fleet Risk. The scorecard is signed, structured, and readable by your broker and underwriter without translation.
Engagement scope: 90-day observation window. $25,000–$75,000 per fleet depending on asset count and data complexity. Output: one signed scorecard, one corpus extract, one briefing session.
● BROKERS · MGAs · UNDERWRITERS
Anonymized operator-behavior records. Queryable API.
The SCALOS corpus aggregates signed decision records from participating operators. Records are anonymized at the operator level and aggregated into behavioral profiles: response-time distributions, maneuver frequency by conjunction severity, hold-rate patterns, data-quality variance by orbital regime.
Corpus subscribers receive API access to the aggregated dataset, updated as new records are attested. Query by orbital altitude, operator tier, conjunction severity class, or time window. The corpus replaces actuarial estimation with observed behavior.
Subscription structure: $250,000–$1,000,000 annually depending on query volume and data depth. Minimum 12-month commitment. API documentation and onboarding provided.
● REGULATORS · STANDARDS BODIES
EU AI Act Article 12 compatible. ESA Zero Debris Charter aligned.
SCALOS provides a reference implementation of structured orbital decision records for regulators developing traceability frameworks under the EU AI Act Article 12 or equivalent national standards. The Decision Record Schema v2.1 is open-specification, formally documented, and available for adoption as a regulatory reference.
We engage with standards working groups on the technical requirements for decision traceability in autonomous orbital systems. We do not lobby for any particular regulatory outcome; we provide the technical substrate for whatever framework is adopted.
